Getting Started

Sign up, availability and first steps.

Head to the sign-up page and register with your email. It only takes a minute to secure your position in the HubLink network.
Creating an account is free. Reserving an Hx1 Home-Station has a separate cost.
You'll get access to your dashboard, be able to reserve your Hx1 Home-Station, and receive setup instructions when your machine is ready to ship.
Availability, launch timing and service coverage may vary depending on your country and regional rollout schedule. If you can create an account and reserve an Hx1, HubLink supports your region at this stage.
Cancellation and return terms are being finalized and will be published here in full. In the meantime, please reach out to hello@hublink.tech for any specific request.Policy pending confirmation
Most participants are online within a few minutes of unboxing. Plug in power, connect the Ethernet cable, and the Hx1 handles the rest.
No. The Hx1 is fully plug-and-play — there is no configuration, terminal, or advanced network setup required.
You'll land in your dashboard, where you can reserve an Hx1, follow the status of your order, and prepare your setup. See the full onboarding flow →
Your participation begins as soon as your Hx1 comes online and registers with the network — typically within minutes of plugging it in.
No. The Hx1 is a standalone device. It runs independently of your computer and stays active as long as it has power and internet.
Any standard modern home broadband connection is enough. The Hx1 uses spare capacity from your existing line — it does not require a dedicated high-speed plan.
HubLink currently supports delivery to a growing list of countries and regions, expanding over time. Availability, timing, and coverage may vary by region.

The Machine

The Hx1 Home-Station, up close.

The Hx1 Home-Station is a plug-and-play machine that contributes connectivity, security, and processing power to the HubLink network.
The Hx1 comes with everything needed to participate in the network — the machine itself, network standing and ongoing software updates. See everything included →
No. The Hx1 shares unused bandwidth capacity and operational network resources. It does not monitor, inspect or log your personal browsing activity.Policy pending confirmation
The Hx1 simply pauses its network activity until your internet connection is restored. There is no penalty for temporary connectivity interruptions.
The Hx1 is designed to consume a small amount of power — comparable to a typical home router. Exact figures are published in the device specifications.
The Hx1 is designed for the home. Under normal operation it runs silently and can sit in a living room, office or bedroom without disturbance.
Yes. Unplug it, take it with you, and plug it into a working internet connection at your new location. It will resume automatically.
No manual maintenance is required. Updates and background health checks are handled by the network.
Yes. Firmware and software updates are delivered automatically over the network, with no action required from you.
Yes. You can operate more than one Hx1 under the same account, subject to any per-account or per-location limits published in the terms.
The Hx1 will shut down gracefully and come back online automatically when power is restored.
The Hx1 uses simple LED patterns to show power, connectivity and activity. The full LED reference is included in the box and in your dashboard.
Very little — roughly the same as a Wi-Fi router or an LED bulb. In most regions this comes to less than $0.50 per month.
A minimum of 200 Mbps dedicated to the machine. A single 1 Gbps connection can support up to 5 machines.

Network & Rewards

How the network works and how rewards flow.

HubLink is a distributed infrastructure network built from Hx1 Home-Stations around the world. Each machine contributes to the whole. Read the full vision →
Rewards are based on your machine's ongoing activity and standing in the network. See the mechanism in full on the Rewards page →
Rewards are distributed through your PayLink account according to the applicable schedule.
No. Rewards depend on real network activity and conditions, and can vary from period to period. HubLink does not promise a fixed or guaranteed return.
Yes. As the network grows and demand shifts, the reward mechanism and rates may evolve. Any changes are reflected on the Rewards page.
Real-world demand for the resources your Hx1 contributes — connectivity, capacity and processing — determines how active it is at any given time.
The Hx1 is available to the network whenever it's online, but actual reward accrual depends on demand and network conditions.
When the Hx1 is offline it doesn't contribute to the network, and it doesn't accrue rewards during that time. It resumes automatically once reconnected.
Yes. You can unplug your Hx1 at any time to pause participation. For a full account closure, contact support.
Participation depends on regional availability. If HubLink operates in your new country, your Hx1 can be brought back online there; otherwise participation may be paused.
Internet speed is one input among several. Availability, stability and network demand all play a role in how your Hx1 contributes.
Rewards are funded by the real demand for the infrastructure the network provides — the value generated by the services delivered on top of it.
Participation operates in 5-year cycles. You keep your machine permanently — at the end of each cycle, participation is renewed by activating a new Node Telemetry License, and the machine is typically replaced since continuous 24/7 operation for 5 years affects long-term performance.

Account

Your identity, credentials and access.

Register with your email on the sign-up page. You'll be able to verify your address and set a password during onboarding.
Yes. Email changes are handled from your account settings and require verification of the new address for security.
Use the “Forgot password” link on the sign-in page. A secure reset link is sent to your registered email.
One person is expected to hold a single account. Multiple devices can be managed from the same account.
Identity verification may be required for certain features (for example, receiving rewards). You'll be prompted from your dashboard when it applies.
When available, your dashboard gives you a personal referral link you can share with others joining the network.
The account belongs to the person who registered it. Ownership transfers are generally not supported and, where allowed, require support review.

Orders & Shipping

From reservation to delivery.

Shipping destinations follow HubLink's current regional rollout. If your country appears in checkout, we ship there.
Estimated delivery windows are shown at checkout and in your order confirmation. Actual timing depends on region and carrier.
You'll receive a tracking number by email once the order ships. Tracking is also available from your dashboard.
Depending on your country, import duties, VAT or customs fees may apply. Any additional charges are your responsibility unless stated otherwise at checkout.
Contact support at hello@hublink.tech with your order number and photos of the damage. We'll take it from there.
If tracking shows no movement or the package is confirmed lost, reach out to support. We work with the carrier to resolve or replace it.
Order cancellation is possible before shipment. Once shipped, the return policy applies.Policy pending confirmation

Installation

Cabling, routers and placement.

Ethernet is recommended for the most stable connection. The Hx1 ships ready to plug into any standard router port.
Any modern home router with a standard Ethernet port will work. No special configuration is required.
Yes — the Hx1 is designed to operate behind typical home routers and consumer firewalls without manual port forwarding.
Yes. Multiple Hx1 units can share a single home network as long as the connection can support them.
A well-ventilated spot near your router is ideal. Avoid enclosed cabinets or direct sunlight.
Confirm power, the Ethernet cable and that your router is online. If issues persist, contact support with the LED status from your device.

Security & Privacy

How your data and device are protected.

HubLink collects the operational telemetry needed to run the network and account information you provide. Personal browsing activity is not collected.Policy pending confirmation
