This Risk Disclosure is intended to help you understand the operational, commercial and technical considerations involved in purchasing an Hx1 Home-Station, activating Node Telemetry Licenses, or otherwise participating in the HubLink network.

Participation in HubLink is voluntary. Like any technology platform, it involves factors that are not fully within any single party's control. Please read this document carefully and, where appropriate, seek independent advice before deciding whether participation is right for you.

Node Telemetry Licenses are utility products. They are designed to enable the holder to contribute to and participate in the HubLink distributed infrastructure platform.

• Node Telemetry Licenses are not investment products;
• They are not securities under any applicable framework;
• They do not represent equity, ownership, debt, or a claim on the profits of HubLink or any related entity;
• They do not entitle the holder to dividends, distributions or governance rights over HubLink as a company.

The value of a Node Telemetry License derives from its functional role in the network, not from any expectation of profit generated by the efforts of HubLink.

Any rewards associated with participation depend on actual network usage, contribution and other operational parameters. As a result:

• Rewards may increase, decrease or be unavailable at any time;
• Rewards are not guaranteed, whether in amount, frequency, or continuity;
• Historical, illustrative or projected figures are provided for informational purposes only and do not guarantee future outcomes;
• Reward mechanics may be adjusted from time to time to keep the network operating fairly and sustainably.

HubLink is an evolving platform. Over time:

• Services may evolve as the network matures;
• New applications and use cases may be introduced;
• Existing applications may be modified, replaced or removed;
• Demand for the underlying infrastructure may fluctuate based on market, technological and macroeconomic conditions.

These developments may positively or negatively affect the experience of participants and the utility of Node Telemetry Licenses.

As with any connected technology, participation in HubLink is exposed to technical risks, including but not limited to:

• Internet outages or degraded connectivity at your location or at intermediate networks;
• Hardware failure of the Hx1 or associated equipment;
• Software updates that temporarily affect availability, performance or compatibility;
• Cybersecurity threats, such as attempted unauthorized access, malware or denial-of-service events;
• Force majeure events outside our reasonable control, including natural disasters, power outages, or infrastructure failures.

The legal treatment of distributed infrastructure networks, connected consumer devices, and utility-based participation products varies by jurisdiction and continues to evolve.

• Applicable laws differ between countries and regions;
• You are responsible for determining whether your participation in HubLink is permitted under the laws and regulations that apply to you;
• Regulations may change over time in ways that affect access, functionality or the availability of specific features in your jurisdiction.

Participants are responsible for:

• Maintaining a reliable internet connection at their location;
• Installing and operating the Hx1 Home-Station in accordance with the provided documentation and applicable local rules;
• Allowing software updates to install so the device remains supported and secure;
• Keeping account credentials, recovery information and any second-factor devices secure and confidential;
• Complying with all laws, regulations and terms that apply to their participation.
